Many adults struggle beneath the burden of mental health difficulties. For these people, life can feel overwhelming. Anxiety, depression, OCD, and other difficulties can leave you feeling hopeless, exhausted, and trapped in negative thought patterns that drag you down.
I have extensive experience working with adults who struggle with a range of mental health symptoms. In therapy sessions, I work to meet you in the present while also considering other aspects of your life, including your work life, family situation, relationships, responsibilities, past experiences, and more. Some people are open to exploring how the past has influenced their current struggles, while other people want to stay focused on the present. In therapy, I don’t push you to talk about anything that you don’t want to. My goal is to provide relief, both in the moment and in the future after you leave therapy.
If you’re struggling with any of the following, I can help:
- Alcoholism or drug abuse
- Eating disorders
- Fertility difficulties
- Gender dysphoria
- Grief and loss
- Mood management
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- Panic attacks
- Personality disorders
- PTSD or other trauma-related disorder
- Stress, from work, family life, divorce, and more
