The field of therapy and mental health is poorly regulated, meaning there are many professionals practicing with little to no training and experience. As a result, many people receive services that don't address all of their mental health needs. At Guada Psych, all of our clinicians have strong training backgrounds and utilize a trauma-informed approach. We also want to know if our treatments are working, so we measure peoples' progress during therapy. This intentional and goal-focused approach to our work, combined with our compassionate and experienced staff, puts us ahead of any private practice out there. We also offer sliding scale payment options.

No, we don't have any expectations for our patients to be talkative.
How long will I have to be in therapy until my problem gets better?
You're encouraged to ask this question in your first session or when you call to set up an appointment. How fast a problem diminishes depends on multiple factors. Our goal is to bring you relief as soon as possible.
