The Goals and Process of Individual Therapy

Your individual therapy journey will begin with an initial consultation, where we will get to know you and your concerns. No one is expected to share anything they do not want to share, and we are careful to not ask invasive questions during our first meeting; we do not want to make anyone feel uncomfortable or pressured to talk in any way. When we are ready, we will then work together to develop a treatment plan that incorporates the most effective therapeutic approaches for your situation. Therapy sessions typically last 55 minutes and are scheduled weekly initially, we then taper down sessions once growth has been achieved.
